Annual subscription for purchasing data sets. We offer backtesting for sample data sets for up to 90 days.

Update Granularity

Granularity is down to multiple times per day. Each record is marked with a query timestamp so that you know what date and time it was collected from a website.

Price

The annual cost for buying one vertical is $35,000 (includes raw and aggregated data).

Collection Methodology

All data is collected via web scraping public websites. We do not collect personally identifiable information. We collect, among other things, pricing, quantity, and point of sale data. All data is point in time and time stamped.

We scrape OTA’s, direct hotel, car rental and airline sites (among others) in order to collect e-commerce data and pricing quote information for our clients.

Known Biases

All data collections have been informed by our competitive pricing clients, so our data represents what our customers are interested in and have shopped for in the past and on an ongoing basis. Therefore, we could be missing data for certain markets, specific companies, etc. if our customer’s focus has shifted. Additionally, QL2 collects offering data from public websites and this may not necessarily reflect actual transactions.
